Each Dalton Farm Homeowner (with paid up dues) has the opportunity to rent the Roosevelt House for their social event. The event may be a birthday party, wedding reception, communion party, dinner, etc. The availability of the Roosevelt House is on a first come first serve basis.

If you are interested in making a reservation, please submit the reservation form together with a check for the amount indicated to the on-site office. Reservations may be requested by contacting the managing agent at the on-site office located within the Roosevelt House. A reservation is not confirmed until payment is verified.
